Document conversion may reveal sensitive and confidential Protected Health Information (PHI) as records are converted.  This information is not shared with others in any way without your explicit permission.  Please refer to our "Business Associates Agreement" regarding the handling of PHI or confidential information requiring HIPAA standards.
