Returns &
Refunds
PLEASE, KEEP the
original shipping boxes your hardware arrived in.
You will need to return the scanner using the original packing
to prevent or minimize any damage that has or may occur.
Refunds will be provided if the product, support materials
and documents are returned within thirty (30) days of receipt,
in their original condition.
If payment is made by check or money order, you will be
issued a refund within seven (7) business days. If
payment was made to a credit card account your account will
be credited by the amount charged less shipping charges.

Delivery Methods
& Timing
Normally, upon receipt of a properly completed order, your
product is shipped within 72 hours, excluding weekends and
holidays, via UPS or FedEx. If a delay in shipping occurs
you will be notified by mail, e-mail, and/or telephone and
given a revised shipping date. If a delay occurs,
you may elect to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
